Our Home School Martial Arts program uses the same curriculum as our kids afternoon program, but offers additional benefits specifically for homeschool students:
Provides physical education credit for homeschoolers
- Teaches martial arts and self-defense skills in a structured, age-appropriate way
- Encourages discipline, confidence, focus, and physical health
- Fosters a social and respectful learning environment
Classes meet Monday-Thursday:
"Wee Bugs": our "preschool" martial arts program for ages 2-3, where both parent and child participate in exercises, games, and drills specifically designed to prepare them to join the older children in class. Skills such as listening, focus, self-discipline and respect form the core of each lesson, framed in a fun and engaging environment. 9:30-10:00 AM
"Honey Badgers": Our Martial Arts Fundamentals 1 program is for ages 4-7 is a fun-filled classes that focus on basic techniques, listening skills, self-control, and coordination. Age-appropriate self-defense is introduced in this class. 10:00-10:45 AM
"Wolverines": Our Martial Arts Fundamentals 2 program is for ages 8-12. Students learn basic skills from Western Boxing, Dutch Kick Boxing, Filipino Martial Arts, and Krav Maga. 11:00-Noon
Additionally, Fundamentals 1 & 2 contain the following:

Classes are limited to 12 students each session.
