All Experience Levels Welcome: No experience? No problem. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we support every student's journey from white belt to black belt.

Real-World Skills: Our curriculum focuses on practical self-defense, confidence-building, and stress relief.

Curriculum: Our program includes skills and techniques from the competition arts (western boxing, Dutch kickboxing) Traditional Eastern Combative Arts (Japanese Jujitsu, Filipino Martial Arts) and Modern self-defense systems (Krav Maga, Urban Combatives, Defendu). The result is a well-rounded, highly capable, and very adaptive martial artist.
